I found breathwork during one of the most turbulent periods of my life. What began as a desperate search for relief became the most profound healing journey I have ever known, and eventually, a calling to guide others.
I'm a certified breathwork facilitator, and I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you are free to feel everything. My sessions weave together conscious connected breathing, somatic awareness, and intentional music to guide you inward.

Book NowBreathwork is safe for most people. It is not recommended if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, or severe mental illness. I always discuss your health history before a session to make sure it's right for you.
Every experience is unique. Some people feel tingling, warmth, or emotional waves. Others feel deep calm or sudden clarity. Whatever arises is welcome, and there is no right or wrong experience.
No prior experience needed, and beginners are warmly welcome. For online sessions, all you need is a comfortable place to lie down, headphones, and a stable connection. I guide you through everything.
A single session can be deeply impactful, which is why I offer The Threshold, a one-off 90-minute journey. For deeper, lasting change, the benefits build with practice: The Unfolding (3 sessions) lets real shifts take root, while The Return (5 sessions) supports a full journey home to yourself. We'll choose the path that fits your intention together.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations so the space can be offered to others. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
